Finch-Warden Revitalization Study

The City of Toronto has initiated a Revitalization Study of the Finch-Warden area. The study will examine sites fronting on or in close proximity to Finch Avenue between Victoria Park Avenue and Birchmount Avenue which have the potential for redevelopment or intensification. The study will also consider associated issues such as traffic, and community services and facilities. A Working Group comprised of area residents and landowners will participate in a series of evening meetings during the course of the study.
